Want to Return an Item? It's Easy

  1. Email us Send a message to info@bobrandstudio.com and let us know you'd like to return your order. You don't need to explain why.
  2. Send the item back Pack it with the original tags attached and ship it to our address within 14 days. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  3. Get your refund We refund your money within 5 days, using the same payment method you used (PayPal or card).

Feel Free to Try It On

Shopping online and not sure about the size? No problem. You can try on your clothes just as you would in a store — check the size, cut and fit. This doesn't affect your right to return.

We only ask that returned items are complete and have their original tags. If an item is worn beyond a normal try-on and loses value as a result, this may affect the refund amount.

Something Wrong with Your Item? Warranty Claims

We want every product to match its description and be free of defects. If you notice a defect in the fabric or workmanship, email us at info@bobrandstudio.com.

In your message, please describe:

  • what the problem is,
  • when it appeared,
  • what you'd like us to do (repair, replacement, price reduction or refund).

We will review your claim within 14 days of receiving it.

Legal Basis and Disputes

We handle returns and warranty claims in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country. The 14-day withdrawal period starts on the day you receive your order; to meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before it expires.

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at info@bobrandstudio.com — we will do our best to resolve it amicably. You may also use out-of-court dispute resolution options available to consumers in your country.
