Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online store available at bobrandstudio.com and the terms for concluding sales agreements.
§1. General Provisions
- The BOBRAND online store is operated by the Seller identified above.
- These Terms apply to Consumers and Businesses using the Store and set out the rules for using the Store and the rules and procedure for concluding Sales Agreements.
- Prices in the Store are shown in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes are shown before the order is placed. Shipping is free of charge.
§2. Main Product Features and Pre-Purchase Information
Before placing an order, the Buyer receives the following information in the Store:
- the Seller’s details (name, address, tax ID) — listed above;
- a description of the main features of the product, available on each product page;
- the total price of the product, including taxes and any payment costs, shown in the cart summary before the order is confirmed;
- the method and deadline for payment and the order processing (delivery) time;
- information about the right to withdraw from the agreement and the model withdrawal form (§7).
§3. Placing an Order
- Orders can be placed at bobrandstudio.com 24 hours a day.
- To place an order, the Buyer adds products to the cart, provides the details needed to fulfill the order, selects the payment method and then confirms the order using the button labeled “Place order” (or equivalent), which entails an obligation to pay.
- Placing an order requires accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy by ticking the appropriate checkbox at checkout.
- The Sales Agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order by email sent to the Buyer’s email address.
§4. Payment Methods
The Store offers the following payment methods:
- PayPal — payment from a PayPal account or by card through PayPal;
- Credit and debit cards — processed by Stripe.
Online payments are handled by PayPal and Stripe on their secure platforms. The Seller does not store the Buyer’s card details.
The Buyer must make payment within the time indicated in the order summary. Failure to pay on time may result in the order being canceled.
§5. Shipping
- Orders are delivered by courier to the address provided by the Buyer.
- Shipping is free of charge within the USA and to other countries.
- Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. The order processing time is stated in the order confirmation.
§6. Complaints (Warranty)
- The Seller is obliged to deliver goods that conform to the agreement.
- Complaints should be sent by email to info@bobrandstudio.com or in writing to the Seller’s address.
- A complaint should include a description of the defect, the date it appeared and the Buyer’s request.
- The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days of receiving it and inform the Buyer of the outcome.
§7. Right of Withdrawal
- A Consumer who has concluded a distance agreement may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified by law.
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Consumer, or a third party indicated by the Consumer, took possession of the goods.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email to info@bobrandstudio.com). The model form below may be used, but it is not mandatory.
- The Seller will refund all payments received from the Consumer without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal statement is received.

§8. Out-of-Court Complaint Resolution
The Consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims. Before doing so, we encourage you to contact us at info@bobrandstudio.com — we will do our best to resolve any issue amicably.
§9. Final Provisions
- Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the Consumer’s country of residence.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms for important reasons; orders placed before an amendment are governed by the Terms in force at the time the order was placed.
